Summer engagement photos in Sisters Oregon will never disappoint! There are so many beautiful ares that offer back drops of the Three Sister’s Wilderness mountains along with rivers, lakes and trails.
After we captured some engagement photos up on the trail above Three Creeks outside of Sisters, OR we took them over to another really neat spot, one of my personal favorites over looking the Three Sister’s Mountains… it offers a different color palette of several shades of yellow this time of year lovely views, offers nice variety and a great way to end the evening with magical mountain views! I was happy to see that we still had a little bit of snow left on this mountains this late in the summer to help show off it’s scale!
How lucky are we to live in such an incredible place to offer our destination wedding clients such breathtaking remote locations for their engagement photos? I mean I’ll be honest… I grew up as a beach bunny… on the San Diego beaches in Cali…I thought I had it made. And honestly… I dream about the San Diego fresh salty air and my old stumping grounds ALL OF THE TIME… and in fact even more so I keep dreaming of the 101 ways I can make a move to Maui work, because lets face it…anyone who knows me knows that I’m obsessed with Hawaii and every chance I get you’ll find me there. That’s no joke. But honestly… I truly feel pretty incredibly blessed to be living in beautiful Bend… offering photography here since 2003 in what feels like just about every nook and cranny of these beautiful surrounding areas. And just when I think I’ve seen it all… there is always something new to discover. I love taking my clients to new places some new to me… some just new to them.. and of course this is always one of my personal favorites, after all… it is where I said “i do” to my very own dream come true! It is a magical place… and I think perfectly fitting for this beautiful couple in love as well! I’m certain these two will have one lovely wedding at Broken Top Club in Bend and I can’t wait to capture it!!!
